Hi,
If for example I am an engineer and the employer who is sponsoring and doing my LMIA is a property consultant so can he show that he needs me as an employee in his property management company? In simple words can my present job be different from that which I will do in Canada? Is this possible

Yes. You may need to show that you are experienced in the field. Why? The employer has to prove that no Canadian or PR can do the job, only you. If you have no experience, then the employer can hire a Canadian or PR with no experience to do the job and train that person.

50 points. Employer needs to apply for and receive a LMIA. The employer in the application process completes a market assessment and show why they can only hire you.
