Hi all,
Can some one please.explain what the low.wage lmia is and how it works if you are getting less than the medium wage and less than provincial wage.
I read that it has to meet the medium.OR everyone in the company is being paid the same with plans in place
Anyone who has had success or any information please support this discussion..I contacted the department and they didnt know the answer either.

Given COVID-19 and all of the layoffs, I think a low-wage LMIA has an extremely low chance of being approved at this time.
