I'm the one asking to know which form, not my employer! they are posted online, just want to know which one in particular!He should probably work with a lawyer if he doesn’t understand the process.
If you don't know the answer, you might as well GO AWAY!Why would you care, you don’t get to apply for the LIMA.

there is a form maybe you can share that wiht your emplyer, jus type LMIA applicationform for employers. I think it is EMP 5593
