Hi there
I landed in Canada 10 the April 2018 & got Ontario AZ license. After 6 months I applied for extension to live in Canada & Immigration department they allow me upto 10th March 19. My question is can I come to Canada after 2 or 3 months with approved LMIA or Can I show my approved LMIA to immigration officer..is they convert my status from Visiter to work permit...?????

If an employer want to hire a chef for a restaurant, is it restricted?

If the chef is hired for marketing purposes as well, ex: cooking and presenting and market the dishes to customers, can the employer get a LMIA?

All depends on the employer. They need to apply and pay for an LMIA. The government will determine whether they have not been able the job with a Canadian and need to hire someone from abroad.
