hi guys!

i have a friend who went back home but waiting for his lmia. a week ago, i asked him when is he coming back. he said, his lmia is positive but the service canada hasnt release the hard copy so he cant go back yet. is it possible? how come he knew its positive? im just confused.

Maybe his employer told him ?? I don't see other ways he can find out that LMIA is positive lol

probably. Sorry what i meant was, if it is a positive lmia, what took it so long to be released (hard copy), he told me that like almost 2 months ago.
