LMIA with a new job

Suppose someone has 1 year experience in Canada as cook

and that person got sponsored by mechanic position with + LMIA

Would that be problem when applying for one of the immigration programs??

There is no f**aking way to get LMIA from my big company

CIC will check to see if you can do a mechanic's job (meaning: do you have the education, skills, experience). If not, your PR application would likely be refused. So just getting ANY job offer and LMIA won't help.
