In one of the latest Canada Immigration Newsletter (CICnews), it says "As of April 29, 2016, the new median hourly wages by province/territory will need to be used by employers to determine if the position is high-wage or low-wage.".
When I checked today on Jobbank, nothing seemed to have change.
How can I find out when it will actually take effect?
Any answer would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
