If you have LMIA, you will get 50 points extra to your CRS. So, you can file PR.

Thanks for replying. My LMIA filed is for PR WITH MY NAME. Does this gives you an advantage other than just 50 points for filling my express entry profile.
My agent told me with LMIA for PR I can get 600 points for express entry. Is it true.

200 points are for the Senior Management roles. For regular jobs, its 50 points only.

one more benefit would be, that you will not need to provide a POF document.

Oh. This means LMIA for PR WILL GIVE ME ONLY 50 POINTS FOR CR scoring and nothing more

I request if you can tell me, can this LMIA for PR. get me any advantage other just 50 points. I am 46 and my application become ineligible without LMIA though with BC PNP. It does not put me when in pool.
If I want to cancel my BC PNP to reapply for express, I still need profile number.
Why should I do? Need some serious advice. Appreciate if you can help

Is there any possibility that paper file with BC PNP gets approved in 8 months for PR. Does any luck works here in processing time if all papers are sent

hi parsob, is it that you create an LMIA company and u are the owner? if so, u will be as senior mgmt of the company and you will get 200 more score in CRS

Ok. I guess then the best option for me is to cancel my BC PNP nomination, and apply again for express entry.
Kindly confirm if u have seen a case where the paper application with BC PNP gets PR IN 6 months
