Hello! My aunt is applying for an LMIA to hire a nanny for her 12 yo daughter. I heard there is a high chance of getting denied because of the age, is this true?
I read somewhere that someone successfully got one for a 15 yo child. Has anyone here applied for LMIA or has applied as caregiver to an employer with a 12 yo (or older) child?
