A company that sponsoring me got LMIA rejected, we are trying to find a solution but it's quite hard understand how, first problem "section 10A" we didn't skip to question 6 for not employ TFWs before 2014, we refilled with "zero" each one, except for numbers of employes with any type of visa of course, we don't really understand this point. Second reason, "hotel is not a seasonal business". How CIC consider a hotel?
