LMIA status decision pending

hey Guys, just a quick question to all of you waiting for LMIA with the same status.

When my employer checking the status of my lima application, the status says "PENDING"

So what does it mean? whats the difference between UNDER PROCESS, PENDING APPROVAL and PENDING?

I'm not sure about the terms, but I'd like to manifest my empathy to your case. We're all under this unbearable expectation. In my case, it's the 12th week and waiting for the interview. All the best!
