LMIA Rejected and replied

Hi

1. My LMIA is rejected, my employer re-applied(one week back)... normally how many days will it take to get the decision?
2. what is Reciprocal employment -C20 visa? how long will this type of visa ,take to get approval/decision?

Please let me know, if any of you know about this...
