I'm having difficulting finding an answer to my questions.
My partner and I are currently in Canada under an LMIA visa as he is a plumber. This is a two year visa with the condition is that he has to pass the plumbing red seal exam within the first year of the new visa.
Does anyone know if he needs to pass the exam within one year of the LMIA visa or within one year of the AIT being approved?
Also he gets two attempts at the exam if he fails a second time does he have up until the one year anniversary of the visa or the AIT to leave the country? Or will he have to leave straight after failing the second time, as he can not have anymore attempts?
Any information would be greatly appreciated!
