My wife is a full time nurse in India and working in government hospital.. we applied through agent for work permit and received LMIA after 3 months.. Now the NOC code mentioned in LMIA is 3413 which is skill type C ...

Is she eligible to apply work permit with dependents even though she is in skill type C ?

Also if she will be eligible to apply for PR after 1 year?

Please advise, if anyone has the information.

So she performs the duties of 3413 and is not a registered nurse 3012 ? Everything becomes more complicated if not skill level 0,A or B which is what really counts for experience

It's possible she may be able to apply for PR. I would recommend you look into the PNP program in the province where she will be working. This work experience will not qualify her for Canadian Experience Class after one year (her job would need to be NOC A, B or 0)

Since this is a NOC C, you also won't qualify for an open work permit because she holds a work permit in Canada. Only NOC A, B and 0 jobs allow you to bring your family with you to Canada on a work permit.
