LMIA process details for CEC applicants

Hi,

I felt like this could be an important topic since the first draw shows only applicants with LMIA got ITA. If there is anyone who started job and then applied for LMIA please respond. Please do not post only link to ESDC, even if you do that, post a link which clearly states all the procedures. Otherwise, please share your valuable insights on LMIA process, i.e, typical processing time, documents that are needed and does the employer need to pay anything?
