My relatives (Canadian Citizens) runs business in Canada.
Can I take his assistance in getting an LMIA as an employee in their business
This can give me extra 50 points in CRS .

Is this possible ?
If Yes how easy/difficult this is ?

So they would need to apply for an LMIA and advertise the job to show that no resident were available which seems unlikely given unemployment in Canada due to COVID. What sort of business and what makes you qualified for that job, qualifications and work experience ?

They have a fashion house.
My experience and occupation do not match the same since I am an Engineering manager .
But what if they advertise me as an operation /store manager or anything like that to get me an LMIA

My main reason to get an LMIA is obviously to get a PR and then complete my MBA in canada ( which is available at discounted tution fee to PR holders )

In that case it will likely be difficult to get the LMIA approved to hire you. It doesn't make sense to hire you for a job in a field where you have no education or work experience. In order for the LMIA to be approved, your family member will need to advertise the job to prove no Canadian could be found for the role and that's why they needed to hire you. Not sure how they are going to prove this if you are an Engineer going for a store manager job. Having said that, they can certainly try if they are willing to spend the money and time.
