Please update how much investment is required for LMIA Owner operator Program.Is $500,000 mandatory .where its mentioned in immigration website you have to show $500,000 for buying business .

No You don't need that much , You need only 51% of existing business . For example if business is of 300K you need 153K to get partnership

Does it says any minimum amount of running business of simply any business with51% share holder .
Let’s say a rasturent with value of 125K
Can one apply for that.

There is no criteria of investment, I know some people who got approved by only putting $10,000 into a bank account

You know someone who put $10,000 into a bank account, submitted an LMIA application (no business, no business plan, no net worth evaluation, no business background, didn't establish a company or show in any way that she was actively engaged in business) and she was approved for an O/O LMIA. Is that what you're claiming?

he clearly has no idea what he is talking about, if that was the case Canada would wind up having billions in population
