I am currently holding PGWP to work in Canada. I want to know if I should ask my employer to do LMIA or do the EEPNP program for me to get more score. My questions are these:
1. How hard is employer to support me in EEPNP compared to LMIA? EEPNP says the employer need to provide job offer. Does this job offer need to be supported by LMIA as well?
I heard it is hard to get LMIA since I already have a job and my work permit is a open work permit. Employer need to post the position to public and rehire me to give me a new offer. There are chances LMIA will get rejected.
2. What is the estimated time for getting LMIA?
3. EEPNP use a different score system from EE. Where can I find distribution of scores in the EEPNP pool to estimate the time to get invitation in EEPNP?
