Hello,

can you please advise what kind of questions will be asked from employer in LMIA interview? Processing time for legal
Administrstive assistant position LMIA?

That is an impossible question to answer given nobody here knows your employer and any interview would suspect just be like a normal job interview to assess your suitability/ qualification to do the job. Add to that for an LMIA the employer will decide whether they want to waste 1000 dollars on an LMIA and months advertising the job should they have someone else who is already resident.

They can ask anything but it's mostly related to your job position that you have applied for LMIA.
And also they can ask company releted questions like had you lay off any worker from last 1 or 2 years if yes than why ?
LMIA processing time may different. It's depends on officer that assigned for your LMIA.
