LMIA in Alberta

Hello,

I want to ask if there is any one who applied for Lmia from within Canafa in October 2020, have they got any reponse from the Service Canada yet. My employer said that there is not response and it is coming to one month now.

Alberta has suspended the Temporary Foreign Worker program for many NOCs to get Albertans back to work. You will have to find out if your NOC is on the list

It is a dual intent Lmia. Do you have any idea about it if they are processing those applications ?

You will have to find out from Alberta Immigration if your NOC is on the eligible or exempt list (Link). Most LMIAs aren’t being processed.
