LMIA Exempt work Permit for high wage Job offer under new rule starting Nov3

I am on a closed LMIA Exempt work permit and fall under the High wage NOC list. I want to claim the points for job offer though my experience is 12+ months too. When filing the EOI should i choose the yes to positive LMIA as per the IRCC workaround even though my case it was LMIA Exempt. And is so what about the individual work history should also include positive LMIA in that section as there is no directions about that from IRCC
