I'm a doctor, completed post graduation in India.
Position is of a clinical and research fellow. I'll be working there as a clinician and it is a research position as well.

All you can do is wait. Processing is 28 weeks. If you haven’t heard by mid December then raise a webform. Hopefully you will hear sooner than that.
