LMIA Exempt Work Permit and PR application

Hello Experts,

I have been working on LMIA Exempt work permit (Skill A/B) in IT field. I worked for the same company in India.My company is ready to give me an Job offer here for permanent resident.

Question : Do i have to wait until i complete 1 year work experience in Canada to get the job offer points. Note that i worked from the same company in india for more than 1 year in india.
