Lmia exempt job

Hi All,
I am currently works in a job which is exempt from LMIA.To apply for Express entry and claim 50 points for a valid job offer,is it mandatory to work for one year in canada?
For which category is it mandatory to have 1 year experience and to which category it is not required

Yes, it is mandatory that you work for your employer in Canada for a year first to claim the 50 points. This assumes you are on a closed work permit with your employer named and not something like a PGWP.

yes it is a closed work permit with the employer not PGWP
isn't it come under below category.Because i cannot see the 1 year requirement in there.

• You have a valid work permit or are allowed to work in Canada without a work permit.
• You’re currently working in Canada in a job that is exempt from a LMIA, but it is not under an international, federal-provincial agreement or because of significant benefit to Canadian interests.
• An employer other than the one you are currently working for:
  • has a LMIA
  • has made you a valid job offer based on that LMIA and on you being accepted as a skilled worker.

How do you meet all the conditions especially bullet 3?

Regardless, if you are LMIA exempt,, you need to work for the year before you can claim the 50 points.
