LMIA exempt CodeT13 with Nomination requires OEC?

I was offholded because of OEC.I have my official passport stamped with work permit job offer is lmia exempt t13 with provincial nomination.The immigration officer required me to process poea.Does someone has the same experience?Looking for help please

That is also my case, now im waiting for my visa to arrive, what worries me.if being offloaded if i dont have an oec. Im a provincial nominee and lmia exempt code t13
