LMIA eligibility

Hi folks,

I have completed my two years post graduation in Ontario and working for a private company as a full time employee since April 2015. I am waiting for my post graduate work permit which might be three years. I am planning to apply immigration under express entry and I have few questions:

1) Is it true that candidate having positive LMIA number would get an additional 600 points?

2) Can my employer file an LMIA for me even if I have a post graduate work permit? (I want to get additional 600 points if I can) my skills and NOC (NOC- 2174/2175 Skill level- A)

3) If yes, how long it takes to get a positive LMIA?

What kind of risk is there ?? i dont think so

The risk of someone else applying to that job and their employer finding someone more suitable for that job because of the mandatory requirement of advertising this job for at least 4 weeks.
