LMIA Approved, work permit rejected

Hi guys,

My company did 4 LMIA's . All got approved. But only 3 applicant's got the work permit and the 4th one was rejected due to some discrepancies in the documents provided.
Can my employer apply for work permit for another applicant with this LMIA?

What do you mean by "some discrepancies in the documents provided"?
Who supplied which documents to whom?
What was the rejection reasoning? Was it "misrepresentation" or just clerical errors?

If it was a "named LMIA" it can't be used by another applicant.
