My sister has a approved LMIA to Canada. She’s currently at Qatar and resigned her work there due to health problem. She wants to go to Philippines and apply her work permit there. Would it be possible? And can she apply via online? Or needs to send out application requirements to embassy in the Philippines? Please advise.
