Everyone apply via the same route with your skill and LMIA is by your employer. So talk to your employer.
Can the employer ask IRCC to expedite the process with the additional fee? Like, the US got a premium mode for H1B
Google - LMIA processing times. Once you have LMIA, work permit processing is about 145 days Google - IRCC processing times. May get it sooner if highly skilled but you are applying within Canada so not sure eligible for GSS processing.
