I have question regarding LMIA ad req, i am working now in Canada under IEC program, my employeer is willing to apply for LMIA for me, but does he have to post an job ad again as i am working already and LMIA is gonna be for me ?

Yes - they need to advertise again following the LMIA advertising requirements.
