"living together" question

Hi, my Belgian wife and just got married in Europe. I am the principle sponsor.

I work remotely (at home) in Canada where I am formally living. However, because I work remotely I am also living and working in 3 months intervals in Europe at the moment. We have a car with insurance together in Europe, a bank account in both countries and are renting a room from her brother.

Should I select "yes" or "no" to the question "Are we living together?" Technically we are living together in Europe for 3 months at a time...

You're applying outland right ? Does she live in Europe permanently ? What about your IDs ? Do you have IDs with the same address , like driver's licenses ?
