If your study permit states you can work off campus, then you can.

Pretty much zero chance of being able to cover your living expenses. This is why you were required to show proof of funds to get the study permit in the first place.

If your permit says you can work off campus, the maximum is 20 hours a week. If it doesn't you better hope you actually have the funds you put in your application.

Well unless you get a highly paid job, you will struggle to pay for it all with 20 hours. Did you lie on your application then? Because they usually ask fr 10k a year to cover living expenses/
