i would like to have an idea about living expenses for factors like
1) Rent- sharing accommodation $400-$500 PM
2) mobile expenses - $30-$50 + your calls to your home country
3) groceries : $200pm
4) taxes - Being a student at this stage you should not worry about it. It is minimal and you will get tax refund.
5) Transportation : Unless you can live near college you may end up paying transportation expense also.

... It would be very difficult to achieve with a part time job. At the most you can earn to cover your monthly expense. Part time jobs are not easy to get and I believe initially you can not work legally.

if not then whats the alternative for it? other than depending on parents!
.... you have to figure out. Others can not decide about it.

As a student, you are not legally allowed to work off-campus for the first 6 months.

Look for an on-campus job. I don't believe you will be able to pay your fees with that though, so have a back up. I say that because all international students like yourself will be gunning for the same handful of jobs and hours.
