Ok.. I think I am getting somewhere now.
So I have realized that perhaps residing/living/domiciled in Quebec means physically there, and is not the same as "Intending to land in" (my situation)...
Therefore the Sponsorship Evaluation (IMM5841) should possibly included with the initial application as should the intent to return. Either way, I guess it's better to have too much rather than too little, even if that means reprinting the proof of intent and present income details a second time.
any thoughts?
I'm in China, and calling abroad for information is particularly difficult from here.
