Hello
I have a live in nanny job offer with LMIA.
I am a UK resident.
Under the live in carer program can the applicant apply for a visa for her spouse and children at the same time as applying for work permit?
is there a requirement for a minimum salary in order to bring my family with me to canada?
Will my husband be elegible for an open work permit to work in any field?
would a low IELTS score be a reason, on its own, for denial of work permit?
I have sufficient funds to cover rent and expenses for my family for 2 years.
If i gain visas for spouse and children and i subsequently make attempt to enter canada with my family can i be refused entry by Border offcial on the suspicion/assumption that i may live outside of employers home with my family?
Thanks in advance.

Your nanny job unfortunately does not allow you to bring your spouse or children with you to Canada. Your husband does not qualify for an open work permit either.

In order to qualify for an open work permit, you would need to have a full time job that is NOC A, B or 0. Unfortunately your job does not meet these requirements.
