live in caregiver's PR application

Hi everyone,
Does anybody know the current processing time for PR application for Live in caregivers.
I have got my first stage approval in March 2013, online it says, Decision has been made...
Back to home, my husband got application kit from embassy, he filled out and send back in May 2013.
After that haven't heard anything form cic...... very curious to know the next step
Please if somebody knows, tell me. ???
