My application as a Live in caregiver was refused last May 2014, for the reason that my sister(employer) was not capable of paying my salary. I think they depend on the time that my sister is on leave for 1year after giving birth. Its just terrible that i wasted a lot of money time and effort to complete the requirements for nothing and it feels like it hurts more than being heartbroken and im totally wrecked. :-[ Is there a way that i can do for them to say Yes or any possible way to approved my visa. How long do i need to wait to reapply again?
