I was surprised dahil my sister in law application for LCP to come to canada was denied again reason is despite her completion of a training course related to her prospective employment she has no sufficient knowledge or ability to work without supervision... in fact she took caregiver course and and finish her practical nurse course....also why they hold her application for 18 months.. sana binalik na lang agad so she can go somewhere else to work...before kahit walang experience as long you reach the 72 units and took the live in caregiver course ok na......

hi, sorry to say this but did she had her speaktest yet? if yes, maybe she didn't do well in her speaktest...during speaktest, an applicant is asked general questions and a few questions relating to caregiving...she might be nervous during the speaktest as it really is...i don't think that going to school and having at least 72 units in college is enough to be admitted to come here in canada...an applicant has to convince the officer reviewing the speaktest that he/she is capable/knowledgeable of proper caregiving...but i have heard rumors from others during my speaktest that once you fail in the speaktest, you get a second chance by having a personal interview at the embassy...c",)
