Live In Caregiver Interview

My sister has applied for work permit under the Live in Caregiver Program. I'll be the employer. She's been asked to attend an interview in Buffalo (she's currently in Canada as a visitor).

Any ideas on how she can prepare for the interview? I've passed on the questions that was on this board as a sample.

Hi There, although this topic has been posted a while back but because I have the same scenario with my sister right now who came as a visitor, got an LMO and is about to apply for a work permit. How was the application came out with your sister? Did you apply for a WP in US while in Canada? What she ask for a personal interview? We are confused and don't know where to submit the application. Your response is much appreciated.
