Sept.01,2010-----submit my application
March 27,2012---email received from the embassy (We will be contacting you soon with a request for a medical examination and extra documents).
April 19,2012--a request for a medical examination and extra documentation sent to my regular mail.
April 28, 2012-----received my mail.

hello just to update canadian embassy called me last thursday May 10 a perfect gift for my bday they said in 2 weeks they will send my medical request but the problem is sa tagal ng processing nila me and my husband decided to have another baby so I'm 3 months pregnant now my kilala ba kayo na may case na same sa akin? Any idea kung anong clinic or hospital yung recommened nila for medical para maka inquire ako para sa case ko.I hope walang maging problema sa application ko and regards to all of you guys.

No, you are still required to undergo a medical examination even if you are pregnant. However, certain parts of the examination may be postponed until after you give birth. You should discuss your options with the Designated Medical Practitioner examining you.

thanks WIN12345.. I recieved my medical request today tumawag na rin ako sa physician yun din ang sabi nila..
magpapa medical pa rin daw ako kahit preggy ako wala lang xray after ko na daw manganak..

hi guys!i also received an email from the embassy requesting to submit my self for medical exam...but guys the problem is nandito nako sa pinas...im planning to withdraw my application na e.ano b ang pwede ko gawin?

lovehon...di ka na ba residence dito pra bumalik? kung nsa pinas ka na ibang application na nman yun...kailangan mong i cancel yung dito pra mg open ulit ng bago application dyan s pinas...better mg email ka sa abu dhabi canadian embassy...

email mo ang embassy abu dhabi inform mo sila na nasa pinas ka ngayon pra guide ka nila pano mo process yun medical mo... email mo na sila ng mas maaga pra yun oras di masayang goooooooooo!!!

ang hindi ko lang yun sure ay pano gagawin mo kasi hindi kana residente ng uae...better consult dyan sa pinas.
or sis go to canada embassy in makati baka may makuha kang info total nandyan kana sa pinas.

If you still want to continue to process of your applications from UAE better send them an email thru Case Specific Inquiry this is their website: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/missions/abu-dhabi.asp then you need to put your File Number also and don't forget to fill-up the necessary info (fullname, birthdate etc.) They can still process your applications even your not in UAE. Also update the VO/Embassy about your contact informations (address & tel. no.) in Philippines. Hope it helps
