livable income in BC province

Hello Everyone,

For a starter, what is the livable income if you are in Richmond BC or nearby?
at least how much per hour rate in the job you need? each for you and your spouse
for 1 bedroom or bachelor apartment for 2 people.

for at least 800 to 1,000 apartment rent rate monthly.

These will be cheap apartments..Vancouver is an expensive place.
