hi i want to open an express entry account i want advise as to what steps i need to take and want to know the documents i need and how to accumulate enough points

You don't need evidence to create an account, however, you will need to show evidence for the points you claimed.

I.e. age (passport)
English level (ielts)
Education (certificates, wes)
Work expirence (letter R&R, paysllips)

etc etc

Good luck! Please add your case to the tracker: http://myimmitracker.com/canada-ee

First get your language (English and/or French test) done
Suggestions:
IELTS (https://www.ieltscanada.ca/)
CELPIP (https://www.celpiptest.ca/)

Second, get your foreign education assessed by an accredited organization. No need to assess Canadian qualifications.
Suggestions:
WES (https://www.wes.org/ca/)
U of T School of Continuing Studies (http://learn.utoronto.ca/international-professionals/comparative-education-service-ces)

Use these and your biographical information to complete the questions in the 'Come To Canada' tool
(http://www.cic.gc.ca/ctc-vac/cometocanada.asp)

This will enable you to setup your Express Entry profile (if you are eligible)

Thank you for the quick reesponse guys....

so here is my situation, i have a good working experience back home for one year and i came to canada studied for 2 years post graduate and i am currently working now for one year but its not a great job, just regular so what can i apply for under what?? fwd or other options i dunno

Under what you can apply that decides your job profile, just see the NoC codes where your job responsibilities are fitting perfectly and you can apply under that NoC category.

You can gain the benefit of Canadian Work Experience.

Tanisha.
