List of regulated occupations of Ontario. Does it apply to PR apps in process??

Hi. Today I saw this list of regulated occupations in the Ontario's Working section and got surprised whether it could affect on submitted applications?

Professionals only need to be regulated before applying PR if they have a job offer in Ontario. If not such as FSW outland applicants such as yourself, no need to get regulated in Ontario before applying for PR. I had the same question and had ON directly confirm this.

Referring to regulated NOC 3142 - Physiotherapist - Is it required to be registered or licensed till complete CIC Express entry PR process completes (including landing and getting PR card) ?

Does the same rule applies to PNPs as well ?
