I am doing a soft landing, and looking at the form to indicate what items I am bringing over.

Since this is a soft landing, I don't think I can call myself a 'settler' but I am also not a former resident, beneficiary and neither a seasonal resident.

Any advice or past experience about this?

The officer at the port of entry will fill this out for you. Mine was filled as settler when I did my soft landing 2 weeks ago (which I wasn't asked, nor did I mention that I was doing).
