List of documents to Buffalo

I know the instructions have details on all docs to be sent to CIC - Buffalo...But wanted to make sure I have correctly understood.

Can somebody provide list of all docs to be sent to buffalo (including details on which needs to be notarized)
Also it would be great if you provide details of how much time does it take to acquire things like PCC etc.

A structured tabular format response will help all from US, I guess.

actually CIC provides a great list. Its appendix A.

The only problem is that on appendix A on top, it says all photocopies must be notarized. However, in the body of the appendix, only some are mentioned as having to be notarized. Of course, notarizing documents they don't ask to be notarized is not a bad thing (as long as it is a copy).

The PCC from US takes 2 to 4 weeks. I think they say it takes 4 weeks but you can ask them to expedite it.
