Are these all the documents required that you brought with you for the test and interview?
  1. Test invitation letter (original)
  2. Two pieces of ID: Driver's License and Health Card (original)
  3. PR card (original)
  4. CoPR (original)
  5. Passport (and all previous expired passports used within past 5 years) (original)
  6. IELTS report (original)
  7. Canadian university degree (copy)
  8. Printout of physical presence calculator (copy)
  9. Citizenship application (copy)
Here's the official list, but I'm wondering if I missed anything else to be on the safe side.

No need to bring a copy of your citizenship application.
Only thing missing : translation of any relevant document that is not in french or english. The stamps mainly.

What if original is not aviable for point 6 ?

@cupcakes Just had my test interview today and one of the original documents that you need to bring out (and have it ready) to show to the officer when your name is called is the COPR. Bringing those documents from numbers 1-7 wil make you feel safe that you had all the documents that they wanted to see.
Just bring your IELTS and diploma/transcript with you in case the officer will look into it. Better safe than sorry.
I don't have my ielts with me because I submitted my diploma and transcript as my equivalent of the english thing requirement. But the officer didn't ask me about it. I guess once you start to talk to him/her and he/she knows that you can communicate well in english, then that would suffice.

I agree with @Petmalulodi .. i brought with me whatever documents I have to prove my identity, in case they ask for any random question. Nothing to lose. It's always best to be prepared. I was only asked for PR card, COPR and passports (expired and active). Goodluck!

Thanks @Petamalulodi. I'll bring all those documents in that case!

Bring few other documents as well, better to be safe,
1. 5*26= 130 paystubs.
2. 60 months bank, credit card bills, all Tim honton receipts, walmart receipts,
3. Medical bills, gas receipts.
4. Multiply that will no of applicant .
5. Canadian tire has small carts if you need support for your documents. Better be safe all the time. Good luck.
You do know that some people will take you seriously, right ?

Hello,

1. I do have IELTS copy and Canadian CPA but my wife does not though she is currently enrolled into one of the programs. Will the degree of outside of Canada work? that's all in English

2. Regarding police certificate - e.g I left UAE in December 2015 and my 3-year eligible stay in Canada is Dec 2018 (lets ignore days spent outside Canada for now) - do I still need to get a police certificate from UAE for Pre-December 2015? I don't have family over there who could do this and one of my friend had to wait for a very long time to eventually get certificate overseas.

Thanks!!!

I don't get your post. Have you applied yet? What language proof you included in your wife's application is what you'll bring to the test/interview. My understanding is you need police certificate for any country you stayed over 0.5 year (cumulatively) in the 5-year eligibility period, even for those days you don't need to satisfy the 1095-day requirement.

Hi,
I haven't applied yet.
Since my wife was a 'dependent' so she wasn't required IELTS or we weren't asked for any other documents supporting language requirements.

Re. police certificate - website says 4 years from application date - but minimum stay has now changed to 3 years - so was wondering if we still need police certificate.

The requirement for PCC has not changed, still 4 years.

Here's an official tweet from IRCC regarding the same:

For the Canadian university degree (which I have)...is this the document (diploma) that you are given during convocation? Mine is currently framed...is this the original document that needs to be brought in for the interview? Or is there another document they expect to see?

Yes, the one presented at Convocation is the University degree. You will need to carry that to the interview.
