I just went through the entire CIC site and read everything stated, and downloaded the forms, but there are some parts that confused me.
I am only 22 years old,and this is my first time ill ever be doing anything like this (the only thing ive done before is renew my passport lol)

My wife is Filipina working in Kuwait
Im canadian through descent
weve been married for a little under 2 months (but have been together for 6 years)

theres a part as well asking if ive filed tax's in canada etc?
but my situation is, i have a hefty amount of cash put aside in an account
and i just started working in Edmonton (about 2 weeks now)

Is it possible for someone to point me in the right direction?
what Forms need to be filled up.

just the document # would be wonderful.

i keep getting pages "to be filled up by afghan etc etc etc"
and for representation and so on.

All help is greatly appreciated. i understand it for the most part,
its just having to file through Abu Dhabi where alot of people are taking over 2 years
is scray. i dont want to run into any problems making our time apart longer.

Abu Dhabi did email me back though saying it only takes 6 months.

an advanced THANK YOU! :D :D :D :D for the help.. my head feels like its going to explode :'(

(p.s i also did download the check list, but im getting 2 different check lists, 1 pretty simple, and the second one region specific)

sorry for being ignorant

If you have the document checklist for Outland applications and the Region Specific Checklist, then you have everything you need to start.

Simply read the guide IMM3900 first, and then READ through each form and fill them in one at a time. Refer to the guide if any question is unclear, they pretty much walk you through each question step by step. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/3900ETOC.asp

Obviously, where personal information about your relationship is called for, they can't help you with those questions. It is for you to answer, in as much detail and as accurately as possible. I suggest you read the guide and forms with your spouse, fill out a draft copy of the application, then polish things up and fill out a final copy. That method worked very well for us.

You can do it. It takes time, and a lot of effort, so be prepared to invest the time and make the effort.
