Dear All

In one of my jobs in the US, i was a consultant. In the beginning I had a permanent address and leased flat in the state of Ohio

After 6 months, i left it and then was just travelling on projects to different states in US, and I was staying in hotels or in the apartments of my company partners . .

So in the field for list of all addresses stayed in , what should i write for this period ?

I would add a note stating the locations if you have them, if not explain why.

Agreed with Baloo.
Make a detail note and get it verified by your employer,stating each work place,duration etc.It would be worth for you if you get a character certificate by your US Employer
