Linking Paper Application to an Online account in case of a Family Sponsor(spouse))

Hey can anybody help me how did you link your paper application with an online account?
I have the knowledge how to create an online account but i can't see any option of linking family sponsorship option there. All i can see is EXPRESS ENTRY, CANADA EXPERIENCE CLASS AND VISITOR VISA/STUDY PERMIT OR WORK PERMIT tabs.
Can anybody help?
