Linking paper application for PR to CIC online account

Hi All,

Does anyone have any problem linking a PR application to online account ? I have been trying to link my application that is in process but the system says cannot retrieve my application I have put all the necessary information that is required but no luck.

Any tips and advice will be highly appreciated

I also have the same problem and I sent technical problem report but their response wasn't helpful and the same problem still exist?
You said that you are in process can you share your time line
